Data Deletion

StockLark is designed to remove shop-owned data when it is no longer needed. This page explains the automatic process and how an authorized merchant can make a direct request.
Uninstalling StockLark
When Shopify sends StockLark an authenticated app-uninstalled or shop-redaction webhook, we delete the shop’s active sessions, supplier records, reorder rules, purchase orders, and purchase-order items from the live database.
Backup expiration
Deleted information may remain in access-restricted rotating backups for up to 14 days. It is automatically removed as those backups expire and is not restored except as required for disaster recovery.
Request deletion directly
- Email footloosecloud@gmail.com with the subject StockLark data deletion request.
- Include the permanent .myshopify.com shop domain.
- Send the request from an address associated with the shop owner or explain how we can verify your authority.
We will acknowledge and complete a verified request within 30 days, unless a shorter period is required by applicable law. We may retain minimal information where legally required, including records necessary to establish that a request was completed.
